This is true

My lawyer called me at 6pm tonight regarding a personal issue.
I mentioned that it was past 5pm and that he was working a bit late.
He replied, "Yeah, a little bit, but that's ok."
I said, "Well, it's not always ok."
Howard, who is in his late 60's laughed and replied,
"You know what my dad always told me?"
"What? I asked curiously.
"You know what you get when you work late?"
"What?"
"Nothing! he laughed, "So I better get home!"
"Good advice!" I said quickly.
And with that said, he hung up.
